Your Precious Postpartum Info Night
Time & Location
About the Event
Join Jenna and Jemma for an evening talking all things postpartum. Postpartum is the immediate period after you birth your baby 0-6 weeks.
With so much emphasis on your pregnancy and birth often your precious postpartum is an after thought and then you are thrust into your new parenting journey without the tools and 2 support to experience a positive postpartum that will promote your healing, bonding with baby and adjustment period.
60% of marriages end in the first 12 months
1 in 6 women experience postpartum depression
Female maternal suicide in the highest rate of suicide in Australia
These stats are shocking but true and we are experiencing this epidemic in Australia.
We believe with the proper preparation and planning this can be avoided.
By understanding how to create an environment that will support your precious postpartum you will be taking steps to lay the foundations to support your new parenting journey.
We each have a beautiful potential to become amazing parents, but without a road map or guidance and support it can be a steep and challenging learning curve.
Our information night will give you:
- Insight into the precious postpartum period
- What the needs are of a postpartum Mother and family and baby
- What you can do to prepare
- What are your choices of care
- provide a supper to try some delicious postpartum meals
